Stefano "The Ghost" Catacoli has joined the Zilla coaching team, and from Thursday he's running a brand new MMA Competition Class at 20:00.
Who Is Stefano?
Stefano fights as a professional lightweight for Cage Warriors, carrying a 10-4 record built at the top level of European MMA. He trains out of Great Britain Top Team under Brad Pickett and Ashleigh Grimshaw, and he's a former FightStar Championship and Retribution Fighting Championship title holder.
That's the kind of experience most gyms only get access to through the odd seminar. At Zilla, it's on the timetable every single week.
The Class
The new MMA Competition Class runs Thursdays at 20:00, taking over the slot previously held by our Intermediate+ MMA session. It's built for anyone serious about sharpening their takedowns, tightening up their clinch work, and learning to handle fight night pressure from someone who's lived it.
